Alphanumeric Modules

Alphanumeric (character) modules are the most popular method of displaying text and numeric information. Trident's range covers all standard layouts from 1 row of 8 characters up to 2 rows of 40 characters.

Each module style is available in differing display modes, driving voltages, backlight colours and extended temperature ranges. Modules are available in the industry standard layouts detailed below, with a variety of character heights within each layout. Shown below are the most popular colour combinations, achieved by using differing colour backlights, combinations of polarisers, and displays in both positive and negative modes.

Each colour combination blue/white, black/white, blue/green, green/black is available for each character layout, resulting in a wide offering of standard product. Other colours such as red and amber will be considered for special orders.
